The JMP9 plant was conceived in order to have the batching plant JM15 and the single double effect piston injection pump IM190S in one 20’ standard container. The injection pump IM190S was developed for the transport of fluids and cement mixtures at long distance, but also for the injection under pressure of the same. The injection pump IM190S is ideal for anchoring/micropiles as well as for deep mixing and CSM. The container can be easily moved and handled on the worksites, where it works within short time after delivery, and can be also shipped by see without difficulty.

The container consists of three units that are divided as follows:
- department with pump IM190S and batching plant JM15
- department with control board
- department with compressor and electrical sockets

The primary mixer and the storage tank with double agitator of the batching plant JM15 are also provided with centrifugal pumps with long vertical axis that don’t need any seals, that in order to reduce maintenance costs and to improve the trouble-free operation.
The mixing tank is equipped with the vertical pump, which lies along the tank axis. Even the storage tank with double agitator is equipped with a centrifugal pump with long vertical axis, that it is place on the side and operates as a booster pump to supply the single piston pump IM190S with liquids, as well as a recirculation and mixing pump for the cement mixture.
The single double effect piston injection pump IM190S is supplied by the storage tank, but it can be directly supplied by the water pump placed under the container’s roof or by an external water line adequately prepared. The injection pump IM190S is very advantageous already by the drilling work because it carries out the transfer of mixtures, the quick filling of micropiles/anchoring and the injection of big to medium volumes of cement for big diameters.
